Alignments in Northern NJ

Where do you guys go to get alignments on lowered cars? I know of one place in Paterson called Ulerio Performance that does alignments for only $50 and they have a flush alignment rack that lifts up but I wanted to know if there are any other places around? any info would be appreciated and your reviews, thanks.

@DavidBob why won't you just go to Ulerios? Do they do good work?

If you have a lowered car and you're getting a $50 alignment then be prepared for a $50 alignment. We do alignments and track prep, but you're looking at closer to 200+ if you have a full suspension, LCAs, camber plates and such. Cost only goes up with corner balancing, ride height adjustments etc...

They're mainly a honda shop plus their techs that do your alignment only speak spanish so if you want to say anything to them you need to talk to the owner first.
I heard about places that do alignments with you in the car and that sounds like the places that actually care and don't just want you coming in and out to take your money. I've also read the horror stories of shops not tightening bolts completely or not doing things right so it would be nice to be around with them while they work on the car. If it was up to me I'd do my alignments myself lol but yeaa does anyone else know of any places?

I didn't get an alignment but I did end up going there to get my wheels put on. You are half right about the techs only speaking spanish...my tech spoke english the other didn't. They were very cool. I stayed right next to my car. They gave so many compliments to my FR-S. Not a bad experience here but my visit was a minor one. Thanks for mentioning Urelios @daivdbob

We specialize in suspension setups and have well over 10 years of track experience setting up subies and other cars.

As Moto Mike said, inexpensive will yield poor results. A good alignment takes time and time translates into costs.

We can also setup your coils and do corner balancing as well as a performance alignment.

First let us know what suspension you have and what you are looking to do with your car. We can then help to decide what services are needed.

It's more Northwest NJ, but my alignments are done at SJF Performance...and I'm 4 hours away. Good help is hard to find, and irreplaceable once you find it.

Ours are $125. However with coilovers you will want to do corner balancing as well. Which drives the price up no matter where you take it.

sigh.

you were just given many options of shops.

AZP installs does great work and if you're just getting a standard alignment where you don't need specific specs then it will be the price they told you above...125. for an alignment at a true performance shop that is incredible value.

i paid well over that when i got my first alignment at eurotire. (has been aligned at AZP ever since) it took about 3.5 hours due to all my adjustable arms and etc then. the good shops that do this pay attention to every little detail. you will not have to tell them what to do and have language issues. hell you won't even be allowed next to the car.

cheap. good. fast. pick 2, i can't stand the people that buy parts and then refuse to spend the money to make them function and fit their car as good as it possible can be. just sounds like you really don't know what you're doing or getting into since you're posting things like "Not interested in spending more than $300 on an alignment lmao"..its not very funny. quite sad actually. do you want an alignment, or do you want corner balancing?

FYI, you might want to specify what suspension mods you have, if its just coilovers and nothing more then its just a basic alignment. it doesn't sound like you want, need, or will even benefit from a corner balance.
