Checkpoint One: 86/BRZ Hybrid

It's time to share some higher quality shots of my 2013 FR-S turned 86/BRZ hybrid.

Recently the stock shoes were swapped out for these 18" Klutch Republik SL14s and I couldn't be more stoked with the results. It's in need of an alignment and the camber could be a bit more flush (in the front it seems). It's a daily driver, sometimes winters included. So as much as I absolutely love a slammed stance, this is about as low as I'm going.

I've been making tweaks to the car here and there since day one and you could say I'm one of the satisfied owners. I'm by no means a photographer – I tried to include some interesting angles and a PhotoShop edit to show off the boxer.



Toyota Emblems, BRZ headlights, clear markers, fog lights, LEDs all around, BRZ fender garnish, Tint.



Lowered 1" on Eibach Prokit, 18" Klutch Republik SL14 Wheels (8.5F, 9.5R), 370Z shark fin.





Tom's Tails, metal/chrome illest badge (as close to rice as you'll find me but atleast it's not a sticker and not plastic!), Exhaust Tips.



I had to seal up the tail lights with snow man snot (reference) and I haven't had a leak since. Sometimes this car seems unfinished!



Oddly enough this came from that 86 Industries guy who scammed everyone. He sent me this 86 plate and my Tom's and I have to say the craftsmanship on this little piece is awesome.

Months later I ordered a shift knob from Flossy and Chad (bossfloss) decided to simply take the coin and never ship the product. Onward and forward, I didn't really need a shift knob anyway.

Arm rest is in there too. It's a genuine Toyota product from Britain I believe – Awesome product.



Here you'll notice a not-so-pretty custom install that I think every car with a stereo like ours, needs to have. It's just a small bracket mounted behind the dash panel that faces my iPhone perfectly for GPS.



Ripping off the front bumper is a monthly thing.



The project continues. Huge shout out to all of the DIY guide authors and the honest dealers I've come in contact with!

Nope, it was straight plug and play as mine is the GTS model with jdm headlights.

nice and clean!!

where'd you find the white brz fender garnishes? ive been looking forever and can only find people trying to sell the chrome trim piece from a brz limited
