HID conversion bulb slightly different colour tones?
So I recently purchased an HID conversion kit and I've noticed that the passenger side has a slightly cooler tone than the drivers side. The driver's side matches the LED turn signals, whereas the passenger's is a little off. I was wondering if this was a normal occurrence, or if there is an underlying problem?

give the lamps some time to burn in. however certain HID's colour doesnt match all the time as the gasses in them may have precipitated while shipping etc.

I believe diode dynamics offers a a year warranty for their HIDS including bulbs and ballasts, so you can probably get them exchanged.
I bought their 3K HID kit and mine are slightly off tone but it isn't bad enough to warrant me returning it. |

i have the same kit, but i've been using it now for a good 5-6 months, i have never noticed a difference, i'm going to check tonight now
but i guess me being somewhat color blind doesn't help |
