You have to take the entire door panel off and get to it from the back side...

See aluminum bar with the two screws holding in the handle piece in the picture below (which I borrowed from this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32694)

All those little white circles on the picture you quoted are plastic clips you will have to carefully pull on to remove the panel. Count on a couple breaking if you haven't done this before.

Do it when its warmer, like all plastic, these white clips are harder to work with in the cold and can easily snap. But even if they do they are extremely cheap to replace so just be careful and not break the place it holds the white clip. You can break every single clip there is and it'll be less than $10 to replace all of them. Also remember that there will be ALWAYS screws or bolts thats holding the panel and not just the white clips, so don't start pulling the panel unless you know the screws and bolts are all off.

Where would you purchase those white clips?

Nope, just go into the dealer and tell them I need the white clips that holds the door panels. They have been using the same style for almost every car for centuries so unless they are stupid, they should know what you are talking about lol

do yourself a favor too and get the pop rivet removal tool for those pesky ones that do not pop out. Will save the pop rivet from prying damage and money replacing them. Agreed on cold weather removal. Do not forget about the electronic door locks and for the limited guys, the wire for the door vanity lights. It is more than just pulling the door panel off. It is easy, just watch what you are doing.
