Help! Stuff coming out of my exhaust. What is it?

As you see in the pictures this fur or whatever it is, is coming out of my exhaust.

I've ruled out the exhaust system (replaced all of it with known good not not spitting out furballs) headers, overpipe, midpipe, axle back, which means it's not coming FROM the exhaust, just though and OUT the exhaust. I'll tell you which exhaust parts I have anyway just in case. Header: JDL UEL catless, Nameless overpipe/frontpipe with high flow cat and helmholtz resonator, stock midpipe, nameless offset axleback.

On the other side I have a Perrin intake to a Innovate supercharger. The only thing I can think of is there's something in the Innovate supercharger, manifold or intake system but I don't have a clue what it could be. I can't imagine it passing through the intake into the combustion chamber and surviving unless it's fire/heat proof material of some sort. Maybe the shop that installed the supercharger dropped something into the engine/manifold and the car is spitting out these chunks of stuff?

Does anyone have any ideas? I have it at a different shop and they're baffled as to why it's coming out and still coming out randomly after swapping exhausts and running it on a dyno.

I have one high flow cat but all of the exhaust components were removed and replaced with a exhaust system that was known to not spit out fir, which was completely catless. Still spat out that stuff. (See original post)

Muffler packing is disintegrating and blowing out. That or you have rodents making nests in your exhaust.

That's what happens when you get rid of your cats, the mice move in.

Well, stockysnail ..... that's weird.

Did you actually see it coming out of your car's exhaust, or was it on the floor behind the exhaust .. ??

If it came out of the exhaust, maybe some little critter crawled up in there looking for a warm, dry place to hang out ... ??

Oh, heck, I'd just take that machine up on the highway, open up the boost and give it a good blowing out.....

Fiberglass packing more than likely.

Have you also noticed your exhaust getting louder as of late? Chances are that you have a cheap resonator somewhere in your system, the perforated core split or corroded, and now you're losing the guts that keep things quiet(er).

If you don't mind your exhaust getting louder, don't worry about it. If it is the resonator, you may pick up a bit of rasp.

I guess it's possible that my car just makes muffler packing come out not matter which exhaust is on it. Seems unlikely though if we completely replace the exhaust with a different one that was on a car that has more hp and boost than mine, yet still poops out that stuff. Not sure if I can think of anything else.

Reinstall cats, problem solved! No more rodents.

Sorry I'm done.

Other point is that catalytic converters act as flame arresters. When you remove them you allow the flames travel through your exhaust. Usually on WOT to off throttle overrun condition. The flames are BBQing the muffler packing.

If something like that went through your engine you'd have much larger problems than just fur coming out of your muffler. Its exhaust packing
