Vortech boost at different rpms?

Just wondering what boost should be generated at 3000rpms 4000rpms and so forth?
Also i have the max blow off valve and wondering if it needs to be adjusted to get proper boost at different rpms?

Thanks

Bpv should need no adjustment... went from stock pulley to 3.125" pulley and the maxflow didn't seem to care much

The Vortech is linear in power delivery so the higher you rev the more the boost will increase.
