Impulsive NE getaway, where?
Off this coming week and I'm feeling like leaving in the middle of the night tonight and going away for a couple days alone.
Tell me where to go, some decent roads and a cheap place to stay 2 nights |

North Conway NH, not sure about lodging but the Kancamangus highway is a great driving road and downtown North Conway is really nice.
Boston, again not sure about lodging but plenty of nightlife and there's Storrow Drive and the Jamaicaway for city driving fun. Downtown Plymouth MA, nice like North Conway and Myles Standish State Forest is a hoot to drive through. There's also a huuuge car show going on at the airport tmrw morning!

Here's a nice loop around the Quabbin Reservoir in central Massachusetts. There are probably nicer places to stay in Northampton.
Most of the roads around that area are great. It's a also the perfect time of the season to go. |

North Conway, NH is great man, I live here
![]() Seriously though, some awesome roads, Mt. Washington, and if you get bored you can drive 90 minutes to the coast and visit the Old Port in Portland.

I agree.. Jamaicaway and storrow/memorial drive are fantastic roads for this car. I know this because I drive them every damn day for work. However, caution.. cops do patrol these roads... its funny someone mentioned North Conway because I just went up with my wife and my new beautiful FRS this past weekend.. purpose? well, she thinks it was to take her out to the outlets, wine and dine her.. personally, it was so I could drive my sex machine then later, maybe have some real sex
