Want to install Nexus 7 as head unit....does this cable exist?

Drove to the custom audio place down the street and talked to a rep about installing my tablet in place of the OEM head unit.

He told me he just installed one in a Jeep not too long ago, and that the guy had a Micro Usb cable that carried Audio + Power/Ground. However I can't seem to find one and the only ones I have seen are spliced together. Does anyone know where I can find one, or if it even exists?

It's either this route or buying an smaller additional head unit to sit behind it. But that's more $$$

so you want to completely remove the oem head unit and install the tablet in place of it, right?

a usb cable just carries data and power-- charging it isn't a problem, but you would require some sort of hideaway module that can get the audio data and convert it to an analog form that would then go out to an amp of some sort, and then the speakers(i don't have an 86 yet, so i don't remember if they have a factory amp)
