The black plastic shield on the bottom of the car can vibrate, there are a few bolts that people add a couple of washers to that snugs the fit and prevents vibration. There have been several threads about it. Give it a search.

Probably not, putting the washers in only took me a few minutes. Try it and see if it fixes the problem. The other common sources of vibrations is the back deck, there is a TSB (technical service bulletin) for that problem. There have been some cars that didn't have enough fluid in the differential that caused vibrations at different speeds. If the problem will happen in neutral have someone put there hand on the plastic shield on the bottom of the car and see if the problem goes away. Good luck!
