No bolt threads on the Valenti Style Reverse lights?

I bought the following reverse light: http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Valenti-Sty...tion-a/617.htm

the instructions say to install the reverse light just like you uninstalled the stock reverse light. on top of the stock reverse light, there are two bolts. However, when I went to put the bolts into the new reverse light, nothing was catching -- as if there is no thread-hole at all. All that is holding it currently are the two side plastic screws and the plastic clip on the middle/bottom. Not sure if this is safe. Anyone with these reverse lights care to input?

Thanks!

If I remember correctly I pulled the factory metal tabs off of my stock 3rd break light and slid them onto the Valenti ones so you could use the bolts up top

thanks guys -- im going to try what dubbrand mentioned tomorrow. we'll see how it works out

Update: I did what dubbrand did; used flat head to take the metal tabs off the stock reverse light and just clipped / bent them onto the aftermarket reverse light. worked like a charm!
