What bodykit and/or wing are these?
I've looked around and can't find anything on it. Just seeing if anyone can offer some insight.

Yeah, this looks like a one-off Photoshop image; however, if you are looking for a similar kit, the image does share similarities with the Wald kit (IMO) -
