Lowering amount
I just got a set of brand new HKS coilovers.
They are shipped with a standard lowering of about 1.5 cm; I asked HKS, and they said it's for Japanese laws, otherwise the fog light will be too low. They suggested to use the setup they used on their test car, with around 3 cm lowering. The angle used were toe in front 0, rear 0°05'; camber front 1°35', rear 2°30'. Your thinking? |

So you ultimately found your ideal coilovers?
![]() Im curious which ones you got? Hypermax IV GT Spec 20? The fog lights can be adjusted. You may need to get the adjustable link that's found on the rear left LCA for the head light adjuster. |

Finally you've finded your setup mate lol
-30mm is good, but with no more than 2° of rear camber IMO, if you don't have LCA's you may raise the rear a bit up to -22/25mm. Enjoy

I've been at ~3cm (30mm, 1.2") lowered pretty much since I bought the car, looks great, handles great on road and track ![]() For my own edification and everyone's reference: rear toe 0°05' = 0.083° (for me, 0 - 0.1° rear toe is cool) front camber -1°35' = -1.58° (for me, street-only, this is good place to be, up to ~-2.5°) rear camber -2°30' = -2.5° (this is totally fine for street and for track, I wouldn't bother with adjustable LCAs for either) Last edited by ZDan; 12-08-2020 at 11:25 AM. |

I'm planning for 0 toe, perhaps a little rear toe in, and -1,5 degrees front camber. With shipping lenght, rear camber should be around 1,2-1,5. I'll probably try fitting them with shipping height; I have TRD front spoiler, and -1,5 cm is actually OK for me, more lowering will make me scrap everywhere... |

You went with the 5kg or optional 6kg springs ? Curious about your review regarding street manners and rough tarmac comfort on these. |

5k springs. I'll surely post a review, I'll fit them today, and I'll get an alignment on Friday.
