Help wheel noob before I buy these please

Hi there so I want the 16' look and it fits for where I live as theres a lot of rough back roads and such so a more rally style setup is what I'm going for. I tried to get enkei compes but they discontinued the bolt pattern.

So right now I'm deciding between Black Rhino rumble 16x7 +15 and Motegi MR 139 16x7.5 +40. Will these both clear brakes, and are the rhinos offset just too low? I like the rhinos a bit better but I'm not sure how they will fit. I used the wheel-it-fit thingy and theres some poke with the Rhinos which I'm fine with. Want to go 225/50/r16 for tires. Thanks for any help here.

16x7.5 +40 >>> 16x7 +15

Always hated poked but narrow wheels....

There is a bit though, that if one wants to drive same wheels all year round, and as in Canada there actually IS winter weather, then i'd prefer x7. Not so much for fitment of any way, as to also well fit with narrow winter tires, eg. of 195 width, instead of fitting wide tires in winter or stretching past reasonable narrow ones. Not sure on that offset though.

Stock suspension? If so I think the +15 offset will poke too much, at least for my taste. I personally run 16x7 +35 wheels in the summer and I think they look great with negative camber in the front as they poke noticeably more than stock. I have a suggestion for you, Sparco Terra wheels come in 16x7 +35 and definitely have the look you are going for.

16x7 +15 has the same poke as 17x9 +40, a common size used.

I'd strongly suggest looking for other wheels. Had a horrid experience with motegi, bought a set used and they bent horribly 3 weeks later over a pothole I've driven over repeatedly because it is minute.

Sparco is a good brand, and the Terra has a very good reputation. I've run the Spacro Assetto Gara for a few years and they've been great.
