Screwed up. Connect jumper cable run way

Simple task, dark night, shit happened.

I was trying to jump my BRZ from a Camry tonight but connected the jumper cable the wrong way. I left it wrong for about 5 seconds and then corrected it.

Now the car can start but there are all different kinds of warning lights on the dash. I have no power steering, no auto navi screen, no auto headlights (but the manual low/high beam still works fine).

I searched around and people are talking about the MAIN FUSE, I checked all small fuses in the engine bay using multimeter and they are all good. But did not check the main fuse.

Based on the symptom, do you guys have any ideas?

Thank you in advance!

It's the main fuse. Sometimes the starter goes too but if your car is starting up then just change the main fuse and you should be good to go.

Hi, do you mean the fuse on the battery positive terminal?
