Rear sway bar bolts torque?

Can anyone tell me what the rear sway bar bolts are supposed to be torqued to? I'm planning to install a Driveway Labs diffuser in the next day or two hopefully, and I need to loosen/remove these bolts to do it and I can't find what they're supposed to be torqued to.

Which ones? The ones connecting to the endlink or the ones with the bracket connected to the subframe?

Stumbled across this thread and thought this might save others the hassle... see the picture attached of torque values for rear sway bar. The torque for the bolts on that bracket is 22 ft/lbs, not 44.

The guy in this video below likely looked at the first value listed... "30". That's not "ft/lbs", which I'm guessing it what he looked at, and he stripped the backing nut. See the legend at the bottom, the last number listed in parenthesis is the "ft/lbs" value.
