Dynos, driveline loss and power to weight ratios: A ACE question

So I'm in my office looking at the snow make it way down the mountain dreaming of off-season mods for my venture into STX. And This picture keeps on coming up in my head...

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121460

In reading and 'studying' cars (fun factor aside) we all accept the power-weight ratio as a good barometer for sports car performance. And the 2017 BRZ PP cars have a P/w of 13.77 lbs/hp using the claimed 205 (crank) horsepower and 2,822 pound curb weight. So...

If we use the stock dynograph we can determine that on this car, this dyno, this day the BRZ had an estimated driveline loss of ~19%.

So, the question and topic of discussion is with this information can we rightfully assume that the Crank horsepower with the ACE Header is 233-247 hp (fuel dependent) leading to new power to weight ratios of 11.44-12.10?

Correct.

I hit 131-132mph at ACS, whereas in my S2000, I generally hit 128-129mph. Aerodynamic efficiency + similar power.
