New (USED) motor. Can i mod it right away?

Hello everyone I blew my old motor at 60k miles and I'm wondering if i can put my mods back on my new one

New motor has 24k miles and I've put on almost 100 since i got it and so far so good!

I want to put on my UEL header and my n1 cutback + OFT stage 2

Will this be safe on the motor or should i put some more miles on it first

The only stuff you would not swap would be stuff like an oil cooler or turbo that might have been contaminated buy metal fragments from previous motor blow up

My main concern would be:

Why did the first one blow up? Was it the mods that caused it, was it lack of maintenance was it a bad engine. (No accusations here, just pointers).

If I blew up an engine at 60k (regardless of the make/model) I would be looking for a culprit before moving the mods over to my new engine.
