Stock suspension noise

Hello all,

Awhile back I took my car in for some strange creaking noise whenever traveling slowly over uneven surfaces(like a driveway). The dealer fixed it and told me not to take speed bumps fast (which I have never done) but the noise came back a about a week later. Thinking about just going aftermarket but it's just kinda bugging me, this is a pic pic of what the dealer gave me, anyone know what exactly they are referring to? Thank you everyone.

Mine does this after I installed springs with stock everything else. I don't hear it when the radio is on so I haven't bothered to search for a cure. I also think it could be the roll bar bushings because it only happens on uneven surfaces and I don't really see how the strut cushions could be that far out of alignment to make noise.

Sorry for my ignorance, which are the strut cushions and how are they aligned? Really don't feel like going back to the dealer...

I think #10 in your picture is the offending piece, it's like a rubber gasket that sits between the spring and the perch.

Who knows if that's actually what's going on.

A lot of cars ship from the factory with some form of blocking in the suspension to prevent the struts from bottoming out during shipment. I'm guessing yours was never removed.
