Removing overspray from glass?

I had some body work done last year and have noticed what seems to be overspray on the windshield. It's mos noticeable when the sun is shining on it at a certain angle. It looks almost like tiny specs of water that never come off. What's the best way to remove it that won't scratch the glass?

Thats easy, steel wool or a razerblade both work. Just be sure its not tiny small chips as my window is so full of those little chips I can almost not even see in the sun

Thanks! Do I need to use any kind of lubrication when scraping it with a razorblade?

I also thought it was tiny chips at first, but a friend of mine thinks it's overspray. How did yours get the chips?

Glass cleaner can help when you clean it but if its paint overspray I dont think it will matter. I would buy one of these it makes it so much quicker and is alot easier on your fingers lol

I got my chips cuz my FRS is a winter beater and the amount of rocks/sand on the roads here is crazy. I still got my factory windshield for now haha

Windows scraper or clay bar are probably the easiest.

You can try carnauba wax first. I saw a video where a detailer was able to remove spray painted graffiti from a car by just wiping it down with a cloth and carnauba.

Turns out it wasn't overspray but tiny little chips in the glass. Not sure how that happened. Guess I'm stuck with it unless I replace the whole windshield.

All windshields get that but ours are a little more prone due to how low the car is. Should only see them in very bright light but if they really bother you they can be mostly polished out. Pile of work though.
