What is degree o difficulty of removing and reinstalling front bumper?
I want to do series 10 headlight upgrade but I am worry about others having fitment problems with reinstalling bumpers. Does anybody have any advice on removing and reinstalling bumper to avoid fitment issues? http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...bumper+fitment

Not difficult at all. I would recommend an extra pair of hands to ensure proper fitment on both ends.

Done it a million times. Easiest way to learn how to line up properly is to play with it. I do it solo and get perfect fitment. I do have to remove the side clips a few times but it's not hard at all.

It's not difficult. Just too many bolts, rivets but I did mine few times. After the first time, it likes eating snack now.
Just be careful with the side markers. That is the most difficult work. |
