CF wrapped HVAC area

I always wondered if this would look good, and had some time today.

CF wrapped the HVAC area, personally, the dull matte black plastic with the honeycomb pattern around the HVAC area screamed at me "cheap!" (more so than the boring knobs.

Wasnt sure how the wrap would turn out because there already is a pattern, and vinyl wrapping over it, i thought, wouldn't have worked out too well. too some extent i still think this holds true, but im pretty pleased with the results,

Ill get better pics once daylight hits. [editted]

and if anyone is looking for a how - to, i just used this video as a guide to take apart and out the hvac controls,

then just wrapped it.
