What socket size and what torque amount for stock alloy wheels?

I could not find a definite answer online or in the manual.

What torque setting in ft-lbs do I use? The manual mentions 89 ft-lb, however this is in direct reference to the spare tire (steely). Page 318. Other online references mention 80 ft-lb for scions 2004-2008.

What size socket do I need to buy for my 1/2" torque wrench? I measured the stock wrench inner diameter, and it's about 3/4". And this is a little over 19mm. Do I use 19mm?

Thanks so much.

Its a 19mm socket. The torque spec is 85 ft. lbs. for alloy and steelies. Its not the wheels but its the studs themselves.
