For those who have experience with KW v3's

Does this look normal? As in is the top upper half set of springs on the front and rear stuts supposed to be fully compressed when installed?

yup it is just a helper spring to take the slack when fully extended so your spring doesnt become unseated

Yes mine is barely not fully compressed at full droop. A couple of us have discussed removing the helper and just raising up the collar.
