Exclamation Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor P0193 Error

A few weeks ago my 2014 86 threw a "P0193 fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high input" error on a cold start and went into limp mode.

I cleared the error and it ran perfectly for a few days until throwing the same error. I had recently filled up 98 at a cheaper service station so I thought maybe it was poor quality fuel. I emptied the tank and filled with 98 from my regular station. Unfortunately I still received the same error a week later.

Has anyone else come across this or know how to diagnose? I have been running UEL headers with the OFT tune for years without issue.
