Need help - not able to flash ECUTEK Delicious Tune
I just purchased a remote tune from Delicious Tuning. I've been trying in flash their stage 2 in preparation for remote tuning but keep getting an error. The tune goes in fine, but after the ECU restart it throws the following error:
Operation failed. Please: 1. switch off the ignition 2. switch on the ignition 3. Try again (No response to OBD request) After this the ECUTEK software warns me that the ECU reflash is only half complete and it says I could damage my ECU if I don't reflash it back to stock. The reflash back to stock seems to fail intermittently but it works after a couple of tries. I went through this whole process 5 times and the Delicious tune fails every time with the same error. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue, and what they did to fix it? I've emailed and called Delicious Tuning but haven't heard back yet. |

i got that error a single time in my car ( the ecutek flash counter on my ecu is 890 flashes ) and it was the cable just not touching the obd pins in a good way
