Valenti tail light sequence speed
I know there are relays for the hyper blinking on the previous models but is there a specific one that will delay the sequence on the 2017 2018 BRZ / 86?

I looked into this when I was thinking about modifying my Revos. The voltage coming from the wiring harness is intermittent so the light pattern sequence needs to complete in that time frame. You could theoretically make it signal faster but not slower.
