Any issues installing FA20 Auto Engine into Manual Car
I guess the wire harness and ECU would be different, but I have those on the manual transmission car already (the engine blew and I found a cheap engine out of an automatic). This is for a 2013 FR-S; are there issues between model years?

There are a few minor differences between the two. You can just swap the parts out from your old engine.
