Racecomp Tarmac2 Coilovers

I am looking to sell my used Racecomp Tarmac2 coilover set. This includes two front and two rear coilovers, and standard 400# springs front and rear. I have owned these for one autocross season. This would include around 120 autocross runs and 7000 street miles. They haven't seen snow. They were removed and cleaned several times throughout the year while performing spring swaps. The rears were recently refreshed by KW just a couple mounts ago and have 300 street miles and 10 autocross runs on them. $2400 new at Racecomp. $1900 firm shipped to continental US.

Please note the yellow spring shown in one of the pictures are the KW 450# 5" springs I will include if the buyer wants them.

Really, really nice daily driver, autocross, track day suspension set up.

New updates pics.....

An update to this posting.... I appreciate all of the interest on my Tarmac 2's. There have been several questions about the fact that I had the rears "refreshed" by KW. Somehow that statement has put fear into the minds of many of the folks who responded that the rears had failed and needed a refresh which couldn't be further from the truth. They were not leaking or malfunctioning in any way. My complaint was that I "thought" they were the cause of a noise coming from the rear of the car. KW was nice enough to go through my rear shocks even though they hadn't failed. In the end they were not the cause of the noise at all as my other set-up of Koni yellows and Eibach springs ended up creating the noise as well - in the end I believe that it is swaybar related. Or maybe I just need to turn the stereo up louder... I looked at the refreshing of the rears as a bonus to anyone looking to purchase them. Instead it's just caused a great deal of confusion. Nothing wrong with them. German made. Awesome quality.

It is true that I cannot extend the lifetime warranty to the buyer. I wish I could but I can't. If you want that warranty I suggest you call Racecomp and buy a new set. You won't be disappointed. You'll love them. I do honestly believe this is the best daily driver/track day/ Autocross set up out there for the twins. But if you want to save yourself $600 and get a perfect used set, albeit without a warranty, please feel free to reach out to me. Thanks again for all of the interest.

If I had the money right now, I'd totally take these off your hands over the tarmac 0's I have on my car currently.

Good luck with the sale! I've had nothing, but smiles from my RCE coils.

I have these on my race car and the ride is very comfortable on the low setting and firm on ... firm, but still not riding on rocks.

The cornering speed with these one transformed my car, totally worth the money. It will be like riding a new car

I bought my FRS used with Koni yellows and Eibach springs and these coilovers transformed the car into something much more enjoyable to drive on the street and autocross. Much smoother than the Koni's for daily driving and way more competent on the autocross course. My co-driver, Chris Mayfield, finished 2nd at the SCCA Spring Nationals and the car took 1st and 2nd at the Colorado tour event in STX on these using RCE's prescribed bump and compression settings. New, and I hope final, price drop.... $1650 shipped.
