Raceseng Cam Plate

I have recently ordered a cam plate from http://www.raceseng.com/ and after a two week wait have only received an invoice and NOT the cam plate

It is very disappointing as I was looking to install it before my first track day this weekend.

I have contacted them through their website but is there a rep or someone I can contact for a quick response?

e-mail or call them directly.

You're international, so delays are not uncommon.

I get delays are to be expected, but the package I received only contained the invoice, not the cam plate.

I have contacted them, just waiting for a reply.

Was it damaged or opened?

It would make zero sense for @Raceseng to send just an invoice internationally. Postage isn't cheap!

I responded to your email this morning. Your first email went into our spam filter.

Please respond to my email and we will ship another Cam Plate out.

We DID NOT intentionally send a Cam Plate out with no product in the packaging. The Cam Plate was most likely stolen from inside the packaging during transit. That wouldn't be the first time we've had something like that happen!

Received mine just the other day. Initially when I placed my order I received an email status saying it is being made and to expect a small delay. Then I didn't receive any update or email for 4 weeks. So I emailed them to follow up and someone responded quickly and sent the part out straight away. Mistakes happen, but it's how they react and resolve (or try to) that makes the difference.

Hope yours gets resolved quickly mate
