AVO Turbo Kit Install: PLEASE HELP

I have been trying to find some answers to things online an oddly people just "like" my posts and don't answer the questions.

I've read a lot of the threads on here regarding this kit and the only issue(s) I appear to be having right now are during installation. I am unable to get the front splash guard back on now that the intercooler as been installed.

Does anyone have any tips to get this back on can I just remove the top part or is there a better way?

Do you need to just trim it?

Make sure the intercooler is all the way up on the crash bar. Also loosen the crash bar and push it all the way up when you are tightening it. Then there is still barley enough room.
