If you plan to do everything at once my suggestion would be to do the bushings first and installed the mod when it's time to install the subframe bolt. Take your time as you will need to lower the subframe a bit. If I recall correctly you should only need to loosen 1 bolt at a time. I had loads of notes and read a lot of tips and tricks before doing the install lol

Do you know if it's compatible with the TRD member brace set?

It looks like the rear brace bolts directly to the subframe bolt. Same as the MCA mod. Did the trd brace kit use a longer bolt ?
I guess it could work with the right combo of bolts and washers/spacers but without better pictures it's hard to say.

Yes, the brace set has a longer bolt. Furthermore, the thickness of the MCA bracket lowers the attach point, so I'm not sure the TRD brace will sit in the right place.

Went to swap pads and wheels and noticed the hand brake cable is a touching/rubbing on the bracket that bolts to the trailing arm.
Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution? Was considering bending it but want to get opinions first. |

The instructions that came with the traction mod for me said to just remove that bracket. They dont believe it is necessary due to how stiff the cable is.

Yeah due to the change in height it’s going to touch. It’s a pretty thick cover over the cable so I just left it. Removing it or bending it is probably the only real option

Pulled them off while getting RS4s mounted on stock wheels. I'll keep an eye on it when I swap back to my 17x9s

question, how'd you guys get the trailing arm bolts centered. i couldn't center the bolt no matter what i tried to get it done earlier. i read its a tight fit with the whiteline subframe bushings already installed but dang this is working my brain
