My car came with these wheels so don't have a stock lug nut to compare but here's one of the lug nuts they came with so you can compare to a stock one @
azian_advanced. I changed to the TRD lug nuts afterwards.
TRD ones here. Really expensive rebranded ones but if you're going to spend $3k on these wheels what's another $200!!!
