If i were going to get a 2 seater, I'd probably go for a Cayman, Boxster, or Corvette. The Miata is a relatively boring car. New Corvettes can be had for under 50k, I hear. Used ones are much less. Cayman and Boxster are a lot of fun.
Plus I don't fit in a Miata.
