I haven't used those tires, but mine were 235 Federals, and those are more like a 245.
I would stick with the +35, personally. Not sure how close you'd be to the front spring perch, though.

What he said ^^, try to get a +35 offset.
You will have good clearance from the spring perch, at least 10mm and it will not rub on the fenders either.
I just ran a trackday with my 18x9 +35 and no rubbing at all.
