Understandable. This car is a mix-match of parts anyway. But it sounds like the shop just wanted to sell you lug nuts, they should have known better.

I've seen lots of Scion TC folks selling wheels on the Subaru boards, might want to browse scionlife or whatever it's called for more options.

Huh? Did you quote me on accident? I stated that I know this.

And yeah, gotta watch out for the diameter of the lug nuts. I have a set of Drag DR-31s in the garage that have different sizes for the 5x100 and 5x114.3 holes. My Project Kics nuts fit fine for one bole pattern, but are too fat for the other. Had to use Gorilla spline drives. Splines are the best bet for clearance. Even some of Drag's lug nuts don't fit their own wheels, and not because of seat type, just diameter of the nut seat.

You also have to be able to get a socket around the nut (nut to wall of pocket clearance). This can be a pain if you have locking lug nuts with a special socket that may or may not fit.

Can we just stop talking about nuts? Makes me feel weird...
