Regarding the TPMS, you can just have the shop yank 'em off your stock wheels and put them on the new ones. I wasn't even charged extra for it.

If you get new sensors, you not only have to pay for them but you also have to pay the dealer to register them to your car. I wouldn't. Either get them swapped or deal with the yellow light.
