Fensport in the UK is doing about 300bhp on 9psi with race gas - e85 will actually be a bit easier to put timing into, so it's definitely doable.

Somebody experienced with the kit can probably do it under 4, it's just a matter of knowing where everything goes. When you are doing it the very first time, it takes longer.
