Keep following up and get these sh!t heads to pay because if this was my car and I would have had this shit resolved and fixed.

You work at a dealership and the tech still wanted you to join him in his test drive? Seems like your dealer doesn't trust your words. And what case is this in? Can you prove it before blaming a party?
