I think I would recommend light weighting first, cf drive shaft, lightweight crank pully, some light weight 17". Rims (wedsport) light weight fly wheel +tune. That's the route I took and holy shit change! Not to mention it improves your mpg if you don't bury the pedal every day. After I did that I went borla UEL( I wouldn't recommend it, but JDL has a good UEL) and that got rid of the torque dip. And perrin catback (sounds great but I wouldn't recommend it either, 2lbs heavier then stock)

And with all that done I'm going vortech sc/visconti, with a D3 catch can.

Of all the upgrades I did the most noticeable was the light weighting... Though the UEL was awesome getting rid of the torque dip.
