Posted before that i had this issue:
"I can connect to my home wifi but personal hotspot from my iPhone 4S won't work. The hotspot is not detected at all by the wifi manager in the head unit. I have tried adding it manually but still not detected. What am I doing wrong?"
Googled it and found the problem was an apostrophe in my iPhone name. Removed the apostrophe and connects ok.
