What makes you think that Scion would go away from their fixed price/no trim ordering system? Go build a tC online. You can expect the same type of build/options on the FR-S. Basically, you can get a better head unit, but climate control and push button start aren't simply dealer installed options.
Look at the regular tC versus the release series. The RS gets push button start, an aero kit, and special color on the interior, body, and wheels. That commands a $2300 premium over the regular tC. I think we'll see some RS versions of the FR-S that will come with factory aero kit and push button start, but that stuff isn't going to be free.
I'm also thinking that every version of the BRZ will get push button start despite what has been rumored. It is normally a $500 option and they may as well include it to the BRZ premium to give is some sort of premium feel.
