On Topic: I don't care how much the salesman knows, as long as he doesn't blatantly lie and he can get me the car I want for a reasonable price I'm happy. It's a shame they find that so difficult.

NO, no no no.
There is a big difference between an [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_transmission"]Automatic transmission - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame] and a
Dual-clutch transmission it's kind of like the difference between a piston engine and a wankel engine; same purpose, very different mechanically. The paddle shifters in the FRS/BRZ have much more in common with the auto in your moms minivan than the "auto" in a GTR or 458.
