+47 on that width of wheel would put it very close to the stock strut (if not against it), but if you are moving to coilovers you will have additional clearance inboard but you may rub the sway bar on tight turns. I.e. coilovers first, then wheels. Or find a set of these wheels to test fit first.

Maybe others can chime in better in terms of inside clearance, but I see no issues with poke with this setup, should be less than flush on the front.
I think on the rears you will be fine even without coilovers.
