It depends what auto your talking about, 2-speed Powerglide automatic outlasts any manual on the road. Built tough, slow as fuck but still built tough.

The auto is a different experience, a manual is a manual in any car.

Sure, i can use the excuse that i drive in traffic every day commuting to school and that i take road trips every month (all true) but that's pointless. I bought the auto because its a good fucking transmission, a lot better then the manual in my view point. The manual doesn't suit this car well to my modern viewpoint because of its lack of power. I didn't buy this car for power, i bought it cause it oversteers like a bitch and its the only modern day car under 30K that can kill me more easy then all the others.
