In real world driving situations the Injen gets heat soaked easily due to its open-faced design that basically makes it a hot air intake in traffic and low speed driving situations. This. If you want to get your moneys worth, buy a TRUE CAI. Vigilant, FA20Club, Perrin, all make them and they are worthwhile. A SRI is not worth the money, IMO, unless you're going to get an ECU tune to go with it. All things considered with the stock ecu tune, True CAI > Stock + Drop-In filter > SRI
Expect 4-5whp gain, more induction noise, better throttle response with any true CAI on the stock ecu tune.
