I loved my Honda Civic Si; but it was a 2000 model. The frs/ft86/brz will be coming out in 2012. Where is the progress? If we spend our 25000 to 30000 dollars on this car when it comes out we are going to be doing good to not get passed by a redneck in his jacked up pickup. The car looks beautiful, it may handle as beautifully as my s2000; but if it's too slow to compete with anything other than miatas, 200 hp vws, and the occasional civic Si, that will be sad. I guess I was just hoping for better.

Sorry for being so long-winded but I have spent way too much time pondering and getting excited about this car. I still hope Toyota surprises us with around 240-260hp and not the reported 200hp.
Since when did em1s have 200hp stock (since we are talking stock brz power in this thread)?
