Maybe. I haven't had a set to compare to the factory ones to see if there is a difference in the amount of metal. I'd say that although they offer an adjustment in the mounting location, if you keep the diff in the same place as the factory ones you aren't in violation.
The other Whiteline bushings I've put on the front LCA and steering rack didn't increase the amount of metal and that's why I am hesitant to say/agree that these will as well. I suspect that Whiteline is aware of the rules in SCCA as well and probably wants to provide upgrades that are legal to get sales.
