Here is a direct quote from the 2010 NASA N.E Regional Champion (Hondatech.com)

I had KW V3 on the my s2000 for the 2009 season. Then for 2010, I went with Stance AL+Pro with 11k front and 10k rear springs. The car felt much more stable with less body roll from the stiffer springs but the ride actually felt softer then oem shocks/springs on the street. The suspension felt firm but not jarring. The independent hight adjustment made it easier for me to corner balance the car while setting the desired height without effecting preload of the springs. I also like the single adjustment of the Stance over the KW V3 because it was easy to get to and I made adjustment from track to track. The KW V3 adjustment was a pita to get and I often just leave them where they were.

When I finally decided to sell the s2000, I put the stock shocks/springs back on and I was amazed how stiff and bouncy the stock suspension felt compare to the Stance AL+Pro with much higher spring rate. When I sold the Stance AL+Pro to another s2000 owner, I helped him installed them and he mentioned the same thing after driving the car.
