Whew! Just got home at 7:15. I took the south route up (mostly 401 and 416), and it was a white knuckle ride all the way to Prescott. I took the North route home (hwy 7 to 37 at Tweed, then south). I didn't see more than a couple of cm of snow until I got south of Belleville, then it steadily increased as I got closer to the lake. Last night at this time, I was looking at brown grass. Now I've got a solid 35-40cm of lake effect crap covering everything. My neighbour's tractor couldn't handle clearing the driveway...we had to get someone to bring a front-end loader in to cut me a path, lol!

It was good to meet the group. I look forward to getting up there again in the spring/summer.
