I would imagine you can probably take that one out and install T or Y junction and then bolt the original switch as well as your aftermarket sensor to the junction.

I plan to pick up a dual gauge (oil temperature and oil pressure) once somebody comes out with a good looking gauge pod.
Here's oil temp gauge that reads through the OBD2 connector. No need to wire in another sensor as uses the OEM one. Expensive but looks great.

Mounts in drivers side aircon vent but still allows the air flow
